Because flowers are natural, handcrafted, and perishable products fulfilled through florists across the United States and Canada, variations in flower types, colors, or design may occasionally occur due to seasonal availability.

If you are not satisfied with your order or its delivery, please contact our Customer Care team so we can review the situation and assist you.

Product Quality Concerns

If a delivered product appears damaged, wilted, in poor condition, or significantly different from the item ordered, Flowiana.com will review the issue under this Satisfaction Guarantee.


Photo Documentation

To investigate quality concerns, customers must provide clear photos of the delivered arrangement when submitting a complaint.

Photos should clearly show:

  • the entire floral arrangement

  • the container or vase

  • the overall condition of the flowers at the time of delivery

Requests submitted without photographic documentation may not be eligible for review.

All product concerns must be reported within 5 days of delivery.


Return Requirement for Refunds

Because floral products are perishable goods, most concerns are resolved through replacement, credit, or order adjustment.

If a customer requests a full refund, the product may need to be returned.

Return instructions may include one of the following:

  • returning the arrangement to the delivering florist

  • making the product available for pickup

  • confirming that the product has been disposed of or surrendered as instructed by Flowiana.com

Failure to follow return instructions may result in denial of the refund request.

Flowiana.com reserves the right to determine whether a return is necessary based on the product condition and claim verification.


Possible Resolutions

After reviewing the request, Flowiana.com, at its sole discretion, may offer one of the following solutions:

  • replacement delivery

  • partial refund

  • full refund (when applicable and subject to return requirements)

  • store credit

  • promotional discount for a future order

Because floral arrangements are unique and perishable, all resolutions are subject to review and approval by our Customer Care team.


Delivery Date and Timing

Flowiana.com makes every reasonable effort to deliver orders on the requested delivery date.

If an order is delivered earlier or later than the requested date due solely to an error by Flowiana.com, our liability is limited to a refund of the delivery or handling fee associated with the order.

Refunds, credits, or replacements are not guaranteed for delivery timing concerns.

Flowiana.com is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • severe weather conditions

  • traffic or logistical delays

  • recipient absence or unavailability

  • incorrect delivery information provided during checkout

  • hospital, business, or building delivery procedures

  • high-volume holiday periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or Christmas

  • carrier or courier limitations

  • other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control


Refund Processing

Refunds typically process within 3–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Delivery, service, and handling fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by this policy.

Opening a payment dispute without first:

  • contacting Flowiana.com

  • providing the required photo documentation

  • following return instructions if requested

may delay the resolution process and may affect eligibility for refunds or credits.

Flowiana.com maintains delivery confirmations, fulfillment documentation, and customer communications to verify transactions if a payment dispute occurs.
