Delivery Policy

Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please visit our Contact Us page and submit the appropriate request form. Because all orders are processed immediately after submission, it is important to send your request as soon as possible.

In rare cases, due to high order volume, we may be unable to apply the requested changes. If this happens, we will notify you by email, so please ensure that your email address is included with your request.

Please note that orders already in design or out for delivery cannot be modified or canceled.

Delivery Fees

A delivery and handling fee applies to each order and each delivery address.

Delivery fees start at:

$17.95 for flexible delivery
$19.95 for timed delivery

These fees will be added to the total order amount during checkout.

Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery throughout the United States and Canada.

To qualify for same-day delivery:

Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM in the recipient’s local time zone Monday through Friday
Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM in the recipient’s time zone on Saturday

Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

Sunday Delivery

Sunday delivery may be available if your order is placed before 11:00 AM on Saturday in the recipient’s time zone.

If an order is placed after this deadline, we will make every effort to deliver it on Sunday, but if Sunday delivery cannot be completed, the order will be delivered on the next business day.

Requested Delivery Times

We will always do our best to accommodate specific delivery time requests. However, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

If you have a preferred delivery time, please include it in the “Special Instructions” section during checkout.

If Rush Delivery is selected and we are unable to deliver within the requested time window, the order will be delivered as close as possible to the requested time and the Rush Delivery fee will not be charged.

Rural Deliveries

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed for rural locations or cemetery deliveries. In some cases, deliveries to remote areas may require additional delivery charges.

Special Flower Orders

Some arrangements require flowers that must be specially ordered in advance. Orders containing these items cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

Delivery Instructions

If you request that the order be left at a specific location (for example, on a porch or with a neighbor), we will follow your instructions.

However, once the delivery has been completed according to your request, we are not responsible if the recipient does not receive the order.

Pricing

Prices displayed under product images reflect the base price of the arrangement and do not include delivery or service fees.

Many arrangements are available in multiple sizes, including:

Standard (As Shown)
Deluxe
Premium

Customers may upgrade to larger sizes during checkout.

Holiday Pricing

During major holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or Christmas, product prices may increase due to seasonal demand and flower availability.

If an order is placed before the holiday price increase appears on the website, we will do our best to honor the original price. However, in certain situations we may contact you regarding additional charges or product substitutions.

Sale Items

Some products may be marked as Sale items, which are identified by promotional labels such as “Save $$$”. The displayed price already reflects the discounted amount.

Relay Service Fee

For certain deliveries that require order transfers between partner florists, an additional relay service cost may be included in the product price. This fee helps cover the cost of securely transmitting and fulfilling the order through our network.

This fee does not affect the size, quality, or design of the arrangement, and all orders are handled with professional care.
